Game times are displayed in local time and you can even see their current league place. Note that Basketball Widget is aimed mainly at US users although it supports other sports including Baseball (MLB and minor leagues down to Class A), Basketball (NBA, WNBA and Men's NCAA College), Football (NFL and NCAA College), and Hockey (NHL). The only problem is that you can only track one sport at a time but you can open multiple instances of the widget if you want to do so.
